Capitalism and Discrimination

Capitalism and Discrimination

History is full of examples where capitalism allowed discriminated populates to escape their discrimination. The Jews were able to survive the Middle Ages because of the market place. Quakers were able to gather the required funds to escape to the New World.

It's not a perfect system, of course, but it's the best one we have. When blacks were freed, capitalism gave them the chance to escape the bondage keeping them restricted to farms. They were slowly able to gain traction and open up businesses or find jobs that paid 'well' compared to be a sharecropper.

Capitalism destroys discrimination because you won't know what race or religious preference someone creating a loaf of bread is. It actually harms the vast majority of businesses to share their political views. For example, Chick-Fal-A shared their views of gay marriage, or I should say the owner did, and watched their sales plummet. But their sales not only plummeted but they were also tormented by the media.

The best example of capitalism would be the pencil. Not a single person could possibly posses the necessary knowledge in order to make the 5 cent pencil you purchase. It's such a simple thing yet such a complicated thing. Where does the brass come from and who smelts it down? Where does the wood come from and who cuts/shapes it? Where does the glue come from that they use to glue the pieces of pencil together? Where does the graphite come from and who mines it? Where does the rubber come from? The one thing that brings them all together is money and not race nor religion.

Lets hypothetically say you live in the 1800s and own a bar. At that bar, racist whites drink and eat their. Your racist, white customers don't want blacks to drink or eat their so you offer them a black-free experience. For this experience, you can jack up their prices. Is it wrong for the bar owner to ban blacks? No. The whites are paying a little extra in order to have a black-free bar experience.

If the bar was federally owned, that's a bit different. However, as long as it's private property and not owned by black shareholders or federal agencies, it's fine. Should you be forced to allow homeless people to live in your home? If the bar was hypothetically owned by a black shareholder also, if he decided to keep it the way it was, that's fine.

A man who won't work or purchase something while a black man will always be disadvantaged. He will be forced to pay higher prices for things he could get at normal prices by a black man. His scope of range is smaller.

It's somewhat similar to paying for more expensive tickets; yes you could see a cheaper singer but that isn't the point, you want to see the most expensive one. In a way, though, it's discrimination to see one singer over the other. Or you may even have a preference to purchase coke over Pepsi.

The man who purchases the more expensive thing is doing so because he chooses to! That's one of the amazing things about capitalism; choosing who you want to do business with! Who you are not willing to pay a certain price, should it not be legal for a business to supply you the service you'd like?

Another hypothetical that you should consider. You own a grocery store in a neighborhood of mostly blacks who dislike whites, would it make sense to hire a white clerk? By hiring the white clerk, the grocery store will lose sales. If you're legally forced to hire a white clerk, the government will be forcing you to lose sales. You may even potentially be forced to close down depending how much they dislike the white population.

I find that when people discriminate others based on race or religion deploring but I must make it clear that I am not racist but simply don't support laws to stop "discrimination". The laws will have unattended consequences that will harm the businesses and put more regulations in a society filled of regulations. The more regulations that are added, the more that businesses will close shop and move to another country. Or, those regulations will stop employers from hiring people or they'll be forced to fire people and downsize.

You must keep in mind that businesses are not simply one of a kind; they all have different conditions that sweeping laws will harm. If a business actively participates in discrimination, it will more than likely harm itself like Chick-Fal-A did.

Females Don't make Less than Their Male Counterparts

The feminists have unfairly pushed the myth that women make less everywhere. The vast majority of these feminists will point to countless studies that don't include the conditions or the fact that women want these low paying jobs.

For example, women on average will work 8.01 hours a day compared to the 8.75 hours a day that males work. It would be safe to assume someone who works more will make more.

Women prefer jobs with fewer risks, more comfortable, more flexible, with regular hours while males flock to more intensive, more dangerous jobs that are outside. Males trade comfort for pay while women trade pay for comfort.

Reach Advisor 2010 study concluded that females 22-30 with no children earned 8% more than their male counterpart.

Women excell in our education system while men won't excell in it. This means that women can find jobs easier than a male in a society increasingly looking for educated people to work.

Bureau of Labor found that men were unemployed at a rate of 9.3% while women were unemployed at a rate of 8.3%

Men hit harder by recession because they chose jobs that are not as secure but pay more. Women, on the other hand, work in safer, more secure job fields such as teaching, healthcare, and occupational services.

The myth has just been blown out of te water. Women chose to be paid less because they want more comfortable jobs. Also, just so you know, females are not as effective as males in aspects of lifting heavy objects which is why males make more in strenuous fields.

Do you object? If so, comment below and we will see who's right.

Thomas Jeffersons Warning of America's Collapse Fell on Deaf Ears

"OUR RULERS WILL BECOME CORRUPT, OUR PEOPLE CARELESS"

Sound familiar? Our ruler have become corrupt(politicians) and our people have become useless drones that can only leach off of the hardwork of others. And, when that's not enough, they'll begin to ignore mainstream, political events and just play their video games.

"FROM THE CONCLUSION OF THIS WAR, WE SHALL BE GOING DOWNHILL"

Speaking of the Revolutionary War, he knew it would be a matter of time before the people forgot their rights and allowed the government to begin growing. Eventually, the people would disregard everything that the founders fought for and just let the rights be stolen out from under them.

"The shackles, therefore, which will not be knocked off at the conclusion of the war, will remain on as long, will be made heavier and heavier, TIL OUR RIGHTS SHALL REVIVE OR EXPIRE IN A CONVULSION."

From what I gathered here, he was speaking in terms of us either having all or none of our rights. Our spirit for reviving our rights will either be their or we will watch as they slip away.

"The people will be taxed for Fifteen - sixteenths of their production. THEY WILL THEMSELVES PAY THE WAGES FOR THOSE WHO PLACE THE SHACKLES UPON THEIR OWN HANDS AND FEET".

This one is quite easy to decode; he was speaking of politicians and we'd be the ones paying for them to rip our freedoms away. Being a politician was never meant to be a full time gig.. Until now I suppose.

Thomas Jefferson saw are eventual downfall much sooner than anyone else had. But, we can see the collapse slowly coming, sadly. Hopefully, the vast majority of America wakes up before it's to late.. It'll be entertaining to see what happens in the long run though, just be positive.

The Theft of a Generation

As ObamaCare begins it's terror, how many of you worry? Why should the young and relatively poor Americans be forced to pay for the old and relatively rich Americans? Why should they be forced to buy marked up, worthless healthcare coverage that they won't need nor can they afford I order to subsidize the old?

It's like social security, a big damn sham! All it does is steal from you to give to some self-righteous, conceited American who tells you, a working American, to pay your fair share. Some of these conceited Americans don't realize how ignorant they really are. They will constantly attack you by saying you don't care about the old or the young in order to get what they want.

A few of them, if not a vast majority of them, don't care how much of a burden their putting on your shoulders! They don't seem to realize the cost of each program that's enacted. They don't seem to realize that their stealing from the next two generations.

Conditions differ. America has largely expected each generation to become wealthier thus it didn't matter how much debt we were out into. (Wars, industrial booms have caused each generation to become richer)

Sorry to break it to you but this generation won't become wealthier than the last generation but to make matters worse, our younger population is being outpaced by the older population! That alone can make the whole system collapse like Japan!

Cost of ObamaCare: $2.6 trillion in first decade

The cost of ObamaCare will keep rising each and every year while quality of care goes down. Enjoy the benefits you get from your current doctor because they'll soon evaporate as a influx of new people join the system. The Democrats strategically made it so that all of the ObamaCare "benefits" wouldn't kick in until late 2014, after the congressional elections.

You'll then get to feel the "bright" side of socialized medicine that most of Europe and Canada experience. I'm funny, right? If you google around, you'll find that their healthcare system isn't up to par of ours. But, one thing will make ours much, much worse than theirs; did you know the IRS is going to be in charge of ObamaCare? Their not corrupt at all.

I'm so excited to watch as my friends grandparents die, my grandparents die, and anyone not nationally acceptable is put on a death list. If you can't help out the national government, forget getting organs or life saving surgeries. How Depressing.

Not only has the older, larger generation decided to burden us with Social Security, Medicare, Medicade, and now ObamaCare but they've signed their own death wish. Make sure, whenever you meet some unhappy old person, thank them. Their generation has destroyed the lives of next few generations. Lovely.

PS: For fun, take a look at these charts to fully understand what has happened to our economic future. Just remember, Pay Your Fair Share.

Legalizing all Hardcore Drugs

Keep this in mind as you read this, the 80:20 ratio. 80% of alcohol sold is bought by 20% of hard drinkers.

The legalization of drugs is a very hard and painful subject to talk about. However, it's a much needed topic to talk about. This topic is especially needed in America where $40-60 billion is spent a year because of the War on Drugs. But, they also incarsirate 25% of all people in prison around the world. It would make one wonder if it's actually worth it.

There's no argument that marijuanna should be legalized; I'd be lying if I said it was harmless though. If you're under 16 and smoke it twice a week, you'll experience short-term memory loss and a 10-15 IQ point drop. When you get older, though, the risk will tremendously drop. But all of the risks of marijuanna are not fully understood now though.

If you legalize weed, you'll cut less than 25% of the drug cartels income which comes to equal $10 billion a year. That's not a giant amount but it will still harm them a bit. It will however, cause them to push harder, more dangerous drugs more often.

It's a bit more complicated to decide on legalizing hard drugs(cocaine, heroin, etc.). In one way, it'll become safer but in another way, it'll mentally enslave other. Quite literally, the only reason it's illegal now, is that it's so addictive. Now only is it much more addicting but it's also much more painful and difficult than cigerattes or caffeine.

The World Bank estimated that hard drug usage would double but to keep it in perspective, only 3 million people do it now(less than 1%) and 6 million would after legalization. But, usage and addiction are much different evils. If we followed Portugals lead, addiction rates would drop but usage would only slightly spike.

When Portugal delegalized(no legal action taken if you process drugs) everything, according to Cates report:

*Drug use dropped
*HIV by dirty needle dropped
*Death by Heroin dropped
*7th-9th grade hard drug usage went from 14% to 10%
*10th-12th grade hard drug usage went from a few percent to one percent
*Drug addicted people looking for help doubled

Per 100,000, drug usage is lower in Portugal than here, in the Big red, white, and blue. Instead of arresting people in Portugal for using drugs! they'll offer them rehabilitation if they'd like.

Here's some interesting costs to consider:

Cocaine Costs
$3,000/oz in America because it's illegal
$50/oz to create cocaine

Import Costs
$20,000 per kilo shipped her
$100,000 per kilo  retail sold here(pure profit)

The cartel basically makes pure profit. Each time they sell these overpriced, cheaply made, low quality drugs, they add more money to throw in their arsenal. They make dozens of billions a year that will be used to import more cheaply made, overpriced, low quality drugs. If we legalized hard drugs, we'd need strict laws in place to stop companies like Coca Cola from putting coke in their drinks.

The government could make money imports instead of losing money in massive amounts. It would also free up the prison system, eliminate gangs, and crush the cartel. Right now, each 3 year sentence costs $100,000 for selling $200 worth of cocaine. Think of how wonderful it would be if we legally could purchase any drug we wanted without the risk of going to a dark and alley and potentially being beaten to death, freedom.

100 Push-Ups in 10 Weeks

If you're like me, I'm sure that you've wanted to be able to do 100 consistent, full range push ups. The push up is used in the army to determine if you're physically qualified to stay in but it also determines if you're promoted during peace time.

My program is pretty simple for 100 push ups in 10 weeks. Of course, I'm assuming that you can already do 20 push ups in a row and have a basic understanding of what a push up looks like.

But, if you don't know how to do a push, I guess I need to tell you.
  • Assume the pushup position: elbows locked; hands about shoulder width apart, flat against the ground; toes on the ground; torso and legs straight, core tight; body parallel to the floor.
  • Lower yourself to the ground, touching your chest to it. Make sure you maintain a tight, rigid body. Think of your legs, hips, and torso as if they formed a cohesive plank or a straight line. Maintain that plank throughout the exercise.
  • Push yourself back up, squeezing your pectoral muscles and completing the full range of motion.
  • At the top, continue until your elbows are completely locked and your shoulder blades are fully protracted.

  • Read more: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/how-to-proper-pushup-technique/#ixzz2kil2jprn

This plan will focus on your core+back, tricep, and chest strength. If you're sore, push through it. The soreness is natural when working new muscles but this plan isn't that difficult.

    Monday-
3 sets max push ups in morning and night

    3 sets pull ups max

3 sets leg lift max time

    Wednesday-
10 push ups every minute for 30-60 minutes
     3 sets max leg lifts

    Friday-
3 sets of max decline push ups (put feet 1-3 feet in air)

3 sets of max incline push ups (place hands same height your feet were)

3 sets of 80% push ups that you did Monday

Hopefully you reach your goal soon! Don't hesitate to comment any questions, concerns, or other misc things.

The Feeling of Sorrow is Strong

As I lay about in my room, my mind tends to wonder. Knowing that everything I do has a consequence, it makes me wonder if giving people negative feelings is worth it. And, if it isn't, why do we as humans always seem to?

This should bother you because you've more than likely harmed someone in your life. We all have, every last one of us. Whether we harmed them directly or not is another story.

Indeed, in time, their sorrow will fade but remember this, you caused them grief. Everytime you cause someone grief, you're in a way, stealing their moments happiness. Every moment is precious and so is every happy moment. This world is depressing enough, we don't need to worsen it.

So, instead of harming your family verbally, maybe you should hug them and just allow them to feel happiness. For, your verbal abuse will cause terrible thoughts to go through their mind.

Let's dive a bit deeper though, should we help those who are depressed or push them to the side? Always attempt to help those who need it, you may be their last chance after all. To many people have killed themselves because humans are so cruel! We mustn't continue this cycle of hatred, we must end it! We must end it with a bang!

    When you go out again..
    Smile at everyone,
    Compliment everyone,
    Show sincere appreciation for them,
And last of all, give all those who need a shoulder to cry on your shoulder.

If you can save just one person, is that not enough? That person could be someone's sister, brother, mother, father, or a good friend. By saving a life, you're saving the happiness of many people!

This photo of my dog would make everyone happy so don't hesitate to show others.
