Females Don't make Less than Their Male Counterparts

The feminists have unfairly pushed the myth that women make less everywhere. The vast majority of these feminists will point to countless studies that don't include the conditions or the fact that women want these low paying jobs. 

For example, women on average will work 8.01 hours a day compared to the 8.75 hours a day that males work. It would be safe to assume someone who works more will make more. 

Women prefer jobs with fewer risks, more comfortable, more flexible, with regular hours while males flock to more intensive, more dangerous jobs that are outside. Males trade comfort for pay while women trade pay for comfort.

Reach Advisor 2010 study concluded that females 22-30 with no children earned 8% more than their male counterpart. 

Women excell in our education system while men won't excell in it. This means that women can find jobs easier than a male in a society increasingly looking for educated people to work. 

Bureau of Labor found that men were unemployed at a rate of 9.3% while women were unemployed at a rate of 8.3%

Men hit harder by recession because they chose jobs that are not as secure but pay more. Women, on the other hand, work in safer, more secure job fields such as teaching, healthcare, and occupational services.

The myth has just been blown out of te water. Women chose to be paid less because they want more comfortable jobs. Also, just so you know, females are not as effective as males in aspects of lifting heavy objects which is why males make more in strenuous fields.
